We are shipping from Central Florida so ship time for U.S. orders is between 2-7 days, depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office.

Once the package is sent, USPS or UPS are fully accountable, and the liability is between you and the responsible shipping service.
However, we will do our best to help our customers find their packages since all packages come with tracking numbers. In the case of the tracking number saying the package has been delivered but has not been received, the customer can visit their local post office or contact USPS or UPS to file a claim.
